Who We Are
Sunignite Industries is the dedicated EV manufacturing arm of the Sunignite brand, backed by over 8 years of expertise through Saurally Solar Private Limited (est. 2018). We are establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the KIADB Industrial Area, Doddaballapur, exclusively focused on electric vehicle mobility components.
Our operations are fully aligned with the Karnataka Clean Mobility Policy 2025–30, contributing to India's green energy transition under the Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.

Standardized swappable LiFePO4 packs for e-rickshaw fleets and last-mile delivery operators. Drop-in replacement, zero downtime.
India-made motor controllers for electric 2W/3W drivetrain control. Reducing import dependency while delivering precise performance.

Project Roadmap
Sunignite Industries' manufacturing facility at Doddaballapur is being built in six focused phases.
Project formally approved at the Invest Karnataka Forum. Registered under Karnataka's Single Window Clearance System (SWCS) for MSME manufacturing units. DIC acknowledgement received.
KIADB plot finalization at Obedanahallu Industrial Area, factory registration, NOC from Pollution Control Board, DIC approvals, and KIADB lease deed execution.
12,000 sq ft factory shed, 2,500 sq ft R&D and admin block, boundary wall, internal roads, BESCOM 60 KVA connection, and 75 KW rooftop solar installation.
Installation of cell sorting machines, laser spot welders, prismatic cell testers, BMS assembly lines, charge/discharge machines, and EV charger assembly stations.
Hiring 18 skilled and semi-skilled personnel, trial production runs, QA systems setup, BIS certification for EV chargers (IS 16893) and AIS 156 for battery packs.
Full-scale production launch — EV battery packs, chargers and swap packs. OEM dispatch begins. Target Year 1 revenue: ₹8 Crore.
